When purchasing a large appliance that cannot be shipped via standard commercial carrier methods, a seller representative will contact you within three business days to schedule a delivery date and time.

Tracking information will be provided to you when the product ships. When your appliance is delivered it will be brought into your room of choice and all packing materials will be collected and removed, if you choose. Installation and hook-up isn’t included in this standard shipping, however they may be offered as an additional add-on. However, if you think you might return the item, keep the packing materials.

The few who have a bad experience are usually the ones who write a review, so I thought I'd write one.

This door-in-door fridge is the same basic design as the LG LFX31935ST, the only fridge to receive Reviewed.com's "best of year" award twice in a row: [...] (Note: reviewed.com cannot review reliability).

The differences are that this unit does not have the "blast chiller" (boo) but does have the "door-in-door" feature.

• For cleaner, fresher water and ice, the LG 5231JA2006A Refrigerator Water Filter should be replaced every 6 months
• Every 6 months or When the filter change indicator light comes on,The 5231JA2006A is interchangeable with the LT600P/5231JA2006B however, it removes less impurities.

 

The LG 5231JA2006A Premium Ice and Water Filter fits most LG Side-by-Side & Bottom-Freezer refrigerators, and all Kenmore "795" Series refrigerators - including Kenmore Trio (three-door or "French door") models with the water dispenser on the outside of the refrigerator door. It does not fit Kenmore Trio models with the water dispenser on the inside wall of the refrigerator. The 5231JA2006A improves the taste and odor of the water and removes the following impurities: 93.2% of Particulates (Class I), 97.4% of Chlorine Taste & Odor. It does not remove fluoride. LG recommends that you replace your filter every 6 months. The 5231JA2006A is interchangeable with the LT600P/5231JA2006B however, it removes less impurities.
